1. Introduction:
District 11 CRM is a mobile application and web application own by District 11 Solutions PTE LTD. Singapore that provides its users with various features and services related to personal networking and professional connections. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the District 11 CRM mobile application and its related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility:
The Service is intended for individuals and businesses.
3. Account Creation:
In order to use the Service, you must create a District 11 CRM account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Conduct:
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using the Service. You also agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload, post, or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind.
- Upload, post, or transmit any material that contains viruses, Trojans, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or any other harmful or deleterious programming routines.
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Intellectual Property:
The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by District 11 CRM and are protected by Singapore and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use
5. Disclaimer of Warranty:
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. District 11 CRM makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service. District 11 CRM does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and District 11 Solutions will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
6. Limitation of Liability:
In no event will District 11 Solutions be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
7. Termination:
District 11 Solutions reserves the right to terminate your account and your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
8. Changes to Terms:
District 11 Solutions may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
